It’s been a while since I’ve been truly excited by any Sandman swag, but day-umn.
In other news, today was an extremely long day at the office. Productive, but extremely long. I produced what might be the biggest thing I’ve ever designed today, a 3-foot by 4-foot poster for our lab’s trip to GDC next week, entitled “& Myths of Video Game Design” or something like that. After researching transmedia storyworlds at MIT, guiding Microsoft in its CTO/CXO's think tank, co-founding Microsoft Studios' Narrative Design team, and exploring the future of entertainment and media as the Creative Director and a Research Fellow for USC's Annenberg Innovation Lab, I'm now the Creative Director for USC's World Building Media Lab, a storyteller, a designer, a consultant, and a doctoral student in Media Arts and Practice at USC's School of Cinematic Arts. more »
