Kenyon Student Athletics Illustrated

Kenyon Student Athletics Illustrated was the brainchild of Ryan Depew, a friend of mine since freshman year. Ryan wanted to create a university-level sports magazine, and he knew sports and sports writing very well – he just needed someone who knew their way around HTML. I was glad to climb on board.

Much like the work I did on Hika, I became responsible for production – the editors sent me text files and photographs, and I was responsible for the graphics, information architecture and assembly. I created new artwork in Photoshop, Illustrator and even the occasional piece in Bryce (including the logo). Ryan and I poured a great deal of time and love into KSAI, and our hard work paid off. In the spring of 2000, KSAI was declared the New Student Organization of the Year.

In addition to the coding done in GoLive, I also created new artwork for the magazine in Photoshop, Illustrator and even the occasional piece in Bryce (including the logo).
